Food Festival dishes

Our Bournemouth Food Festival menu went live in the Highcliff Grill over the weekend with our guest's getting a first look and taste. 

So here is our starter that Matt will be cooking in the demo' kitchen at the festival on Friday. 

Portland crab with cucumber, crisp pea shoots and radish


If you are in the area over the weekend come and see us at the Highcliff Hut for some great scallops and a glass of fizz.
